If you have traveled to an Ebola-affected area of the world in the past 21 days (Guinea, Liberia, or Sierra Leone), AND you are experiencing fever (greater than 100.4 F/38.0 C), severe headache, muscle pain, weakness, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal(stomach) pain, or unexplained hemorrhage(bleeding); DO NOT MAKE A CLINIC OR PHYSICIAN VISIT APPOINTMENT. Instead, call the nearest HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM AND RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE GOING THERE.
